One question you should ask before joining any network marketing team:
“What support will I actually receive?”
Not:
“Do you have a WhatsApp group?”
Everybody has a WhatsApp group. 😂
Ask better questions.
Will I be taught how to:
- Understand the products?
- Start conversations?
- Prospect?
- Present the business?
- Follow up?
- Handle objections?
- Get my first customers?
- Use social media properly?
- Build relationships?
- Develop people who join after me?
Those are better questions.
Because registration is only the beginning.
My goal with High Flyers is not to collect registrations.
It’s to develop people who can eventually say:
“I know how to do this.” That’s the difference between having a team and having a list of names.
We don’t recruit and abandon; we recruit and train leaders to become independent entrepreneurs.
