“But I don’t have customers.”
I hear this a lot.
And my answer is:
That’s exactly why you’re starting a business.
You don’t need to begin with 500 customers.
You need to learn how to find your first few.
Start with conversations.
Who already knows you?
Who has a genuine need for the products?
Who trusts your recommendation?
Who is interested in wellness products?
Who could become a repeat customer?
Then you learn how to approach people properly.
Not:
“Hello dear, please patronise my business.”
😂
Please don’t do that.
Instead:
Start conversations.
Understand people.
Ask questions.
Recommend appropriately.
Follow up.
Serve them well.
Then repeat.
That’s how you build a customer base.
Nobody wakes up with a customer base. You build one.
