“I DON’T HAVE PEOPLE”

Traders working among electronic terminals on the NYSE trading floor

“But I don’t have anybody to recruit.”

Let’s kill this objection properly.

You don’t need 10,000 contacts to start.

And please don’t make the mistake of thinking your first assignment is to send:

“Hello dear, I have an amazing business opportunity for you…” to everybody in your phone.

😂

That’s not a strategy.

The first skill you need is learning how to identify people with genuine interest or need.

Think about your everyday environment.

Your workplace.

Your church or mosque community.

Your professional network.

Your existing customers.

Your friends.

Your family.

Your social-media audience.

Your business contacts.

But here’s the important distinction:

Not everyone is a prospect.

And that’s okay.

Our job is not to convince everybody.

Our job is to identify the right people, start genuine conversations, and present the right information.

Some people will want the products.

Some will want the business.

Some will want neither.

Let them choose.

That’s how I want High Flyers to operate.

Not pressure.

Prospecting.

If your biggest concern is finding customers or prospects, send NETWORK.
