“But I’m not a salesperson.”
Perfect.
Because we’re not born knowing how to sell.
One of the most common things people tell me is:
“I’m not good at selling.”
My response?
Selling is a skill.
You can learn it.
Selling isn’t forcing someone to buy.
It’s not begging.
It’s not disturbing everybody in your WhatsApp contacts.
It’s not making false promises about products.
Good selling starts with:
Listening.
Understanding the person’s need.
Knowing your product.
Explaining it clearly.
Answering questions honestly.
Following up.
And knowing when the product isn’t the right fit.
That’s the kind of selling I want to teach and practise in High Flyers.
Because here’s the bigger benefit:
Sales is a transferable skill.
Once you learn how to sell, that skill can help you in almost every other business you ever build.
So don’t tell yourself:
“I can’t sell.”
Ask:
“Am I willing to learn how to sell?”
That’s the better question.
